RETURN POLICY

RETURN PERIOD

30-Day Return: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date.

Condition for Return: Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. Original receipt is required.

Discretionary Approval: All returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion.

PACKAGING FOR RETURN

Responsibility for Packaging: It is the customer's responsibility to adequately package the product for return to prevent damage during transit.

Packaging Guidelines: Use the original packaging if available. If not, use a sturdy box with sufficient padding material like bubble wrap or foam.

Non-Responsibility Clause: We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE PROCEDURE

Inspect the Package: Check for visible damage and photograph all four sides of the package if damage is visible.

Document the Unboxing: Record a video of the box being opened, if possible.

Inspect the Product: Examine the product for visible damage and photograph any damage found.

Immediate Reporting via Chat Box: Report the damage immediately using the chat box on our website, Logo Express Marketing. The chat box supports image uploads. Alternatively, call us at 1-504-367-7393.

Provide Required Documentation: Upload images of the damaged package and product through the chat box. Include a photo of the packing slip next to the damaged product.

Time Frame for Reporting: Report damaged merchandise within 5 days of delivery. Late reports may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

REFUND

Refund Process: A full refund, minus shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

OPENED & PARTIALLY USED ITEMS

No Refunds: Opened or partially used products are not eligible for refunds.

UNDELIVERED, UNCLAIMED, RETURNED & REFUSED PACKAGES

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Return Label: If a return label is provided, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
